Election Day Coverage

I was assigned to cover the election for the South Coast Register on Saturday.

I really enjoyed photographing such an important event and it reminded me why I love photojournalism so much. To document an event and capture moments that will be remembered by those looking at my photographs is a great feeling.

For those of you that didn’t see todays paper, here is the front cover with my photo of Joanna Gash with her 2 daughters after she found out she had been re-elected.
