Courtney and Joel's Wedding

On the 25th of October I had the pleasure of being Courtney and Joel’s wedding photographer.

Courtney and Joel were married on a family property in Tomerong underneath a cherry tree. They broke tradition and cut their wedding cake straight after their ceremony, with a beautiful knife that has been in the family for over 90 years. Courtney’s mother, grand mother and great grand mother have all used the same knife to cut their cakes. There was also a special cake charm pulling ceremony where the girls got to pull out unique charms from the cake. Each charm had a special meaning and I was later told that the charms chosen by each girl really suited their personalities.
